Cleaning 

Today I deleted one of my mailing lists and left my clan in my favorite game. I didn't see any point in hanging out with a bunch of people I never see or talk to. Nor in keeping a mailing list going if nobody ever participates.

Fast (killing?) food 

Even fast food places try to convince us that their food is healthy and nutritious. Apparently that may not always be the case. Some guy ate at MacDonalds for a month and discovered just how unhealthy that can be.

I hate 

when I feel like shit. So badly that I can't really sleep. So bad, that I actually get out of bed and turn on the computer, just to write about it in this blog. A blog that is only read by one other person. To "get it off my chest", as if that will help. I wonder. It's going to be a short night, that's for sure.
